PICU STAFF – CONSULTANT PEDIATRIC INTENSIVIST

Dr. Nirmal Choraria, Chief Pediatrician and Intensivist is the founder of Nirmal Hospital and is the guiding force behind providing intensive care to newborn and children in South Gujarat.

Dr. Nirmal Choraria is a Faculty and Guide for the one year PICU fellowship Certificate Program and Member of Central Council of Pediatric Critical Care Council of Indian Academy of Pediatrics.

He also actively participates in the patient management and counseling of the families in the NICU.

Senior Consultant Pediatrician and Head Neonatal Intensive Care affiliated with Nirmal Hospital since 2005. Rajiv has 25 years experience in India and Overseas (Australia, Middle East and Africa). He received training in Pediatrics and Child Health both in India and Australia and was awarded FRACP (Australian College Fellowship) in 2006. Dr Agrawal completed Neonatal Fellowship Program at RHW Sydney (1996-1999) and is working as Senior Staff Specialist Pediatrician and Clinical Associate Lecturer, University of Sydney in Australia. He is attached as a Visiting Faculty with our Hospital since 2009.

Pediatric Intensivist. A trained Pediatric Intensivist Jignesh has successfully completed the Indian Diploma Of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (IDPCCM) in 2012 conducted by the IAP Intensive Care Chapter and ISCCM from Nirmal Hospital.

Pediatric Intensivist. A trained Pediatric Intensivist Jigesh has successfully completed the Indian Diploma Of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (IDPCCM) in 2012 conducted by the IAP Intensive Care Chapter and ISCCM from Nirmal Hospital.

Pediatric Intensivist. A trained Pediatric Intensivist Komal has successfully completed the Indian Diploma Of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (IDPCCM) in 2013 conducted by the IAP Intensive Care Chapter from Nirmal Hospital.
