The Diabetic Health Check-up Package focuses on screening and monitoring indicators associated with diabetes. It includes hematology, urine examination, fasting blood sugar, PP2BS, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver and kidney function tests, ECG, TMT / 2D ECHO, urine microalbuminuria, thyroid profile and chest X-ray (PA). A creatinine clearance test is listed as an additional test. Consultations include nephrology, general physician, ophthalmology and dietetics services; some consultations may involve an additional charge.

Please book an appointment before your health check-up. Most packages require 6–8 hours of fasting; water and regular medicines may be taken unless your doctor advises otherwise.
